BSN N.O. -Xplode 2.0 Advanced Strength Review

Making a difference with yourself doesn't just require simply "working out" you have to work harder than that. In my experience I can tell you that I was stuck in a rut not only doing the same exercises over and over again but I also faced a lack of energy to push as hard as I needed.

I began circuit training and I realized making a difference isn't just switching up routines but its also pushing as hard as you can to lead to muscle failure.

I have been using this product and I do not get jittery or have any side effects except the inevitable extra energy. Having tried different energy stimulants like "Super Pump max" just left me feeling sick every time I used it. I can say I am a pretty sturdy girl and not many things make me feel sick, but this did!!
I approached this product with caution hoping I wouldn't waste my money again on another worthless product.
However to my surprise it has been great! I have enough energy to do hours of weight lifting, I am not kidding. I seriously think I lifted weights today for two hours.
So I definitely recommend it! I bought fruit punch flavor and heard it was very popular on bodybuilding.com where people can literally rate the flavors! So thats cool.
If you are thinking of buying I would suggest looking through amazon first. I try to buy my supplements there because vitamin world and GNC has really high prices. Sometimes you can even find free shipping!
More information on the supplements I take daily coming soon!

How to create energy for muscle production and for working out!

Hi everyone!

Yesterday I learned something very important on energy.
First let me say that I have begun to study for personal training because let’s face it, every trainer has a different approach to body building. Therefore, I took the initiative to find the information out for myself so I could understand in more detail how things work. What I have been leading up to is last chapter when I was reading about ATP and energy level.

Everything seemed to make sense to me yesterday when I started to get profoundly dizzy after just a little exercise which any other day I could have done easy, yet I found a way to push through it and bucked it up. BUT my workout could have been better! I could have done so much more! So this is what went wrong. Yesterday my meals consisted in a peanut butter sandwich in the morning, a protein shake as a snack (so far so good) and then a salad with a little bit of turkey. The conflict comes after this because hours after eating my salad and right after class I went to the gym. Even though I had taken some AminoX and X-plode (for energy) before working out all it took was one circuit round of squats and I was dizzy! Having done this sort of workout before I knew it wasn’t normal.

Anyways to the point on the error: What failed was I did not re-fuel my body as I probably should have. There are two types of muscles: Fast and slow twitch. Fast twitch muscles are fueled by glycogen which is synthetized protein meanwhile the slow twitch muscles use oxygen. ATP is the source of energy that your muscles need to exercise; the problem about this is that your ATP reserves are limited! So if you do not eat enough protein you might not have enough energy to workout which I quickly realized when something I could usually do made me dizzy.

So remember:

TO CREATE muscle and have a better endurance in the gym be sure to eat a good amount of protein, carbs and some fats.

Never give up!
